ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance
• Must be rewarding; address and resolve issues; E nsure employees successfully complete company's training program.
• Identifies, manages and utilizes needed resources in order to meet the operational goals and timely service.
• Ensures Team Members successfully comply with all Company training requirements, investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences
• Is able to meet the Station's attendance standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

SCHEDULE :

5 days a week, 12pm to 8 : 30pm ; Weekends and holidays included
