Compensation : $120,000-$170,000 *Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop project briefs, schedules, and budgets in line with Store Development Lifecycle.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on project milestones and schedules.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Utilize project management systems for drawing, budget, and procurement management.
- Manage project budgets, risk, bidding, and contract administration.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee construction and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Support research and development initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost and schedule efficiencies.
Qualifications : Required :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience in retail store planning / design / construction.
- Experience in the luxury market.
- Collaboration experience with vendors and consultants in North America.
- Strong communication and managerial skills.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 35%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Will offer relocation and sponsorship
