Position Description :
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Marketing Team to enhance Wade Trim's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
This position requires excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and oral presentation skills, excellent creative skills and the ability to communicate with all people at all levels.
Typical responsibilities include :
- Process analysis, solution development, continuous improvement, and training and documentation for Wade Trim Branding and Thought Leadership programs and initiatives, including the following points :
- Client Satisfaction Program.
- Corporate Conference Calendar.
- Thought Leadership Calendar and Dashboard.
- Innovation Hub workflow.
- Assist with branding and events, including the following points :
- Assist with Wade Trim GO!.
- Organize and host Southern Region Wade Trim Promise meetings (clients and internal).
- Assist with client satisfaction program.
- Research professional organization conference dates and abstract due dates and update the thought leadership calendar.
- Track staff presentations at professional conferences.
- Interview technical staff and draft marketing content for new technology.
- Identify training needs for new technology with Practice Leads.
- Other : Assist Southern Region Marketing team as needed.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, or a related field
Skills / Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Expertise in analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline processes.
- Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Operating knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
