J ob Summary : The State Farm Insurance Agency - Office Customer Service Representative / Team Member provides excellent customer experience for potential and customers of a State Farm Insurance Agent’s office.
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell insurance products based on needs and possesses the skills to develop new prospects to quote and sell all State Farm Insurance products.

Compensation Philosophy : The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, licenses and certifications.
Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for uncapped bonus earnings based on ability to close and production.
Responsibilities :
- Provides professional insurance customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships
- Responds to insurance customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures
- Processes change to existing accounts and policies for all customers
- Cross sell additional insurance products based on needs
- Serves as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners
- Develop new insurance prospective customer to quote and sell all insurance product based on needs
Qualifications :
- Active Property & Casualty and or Life and Health Insurance Licenses required or able to acquire prior to office training
- Current / recent insurance agency experience helpful
- Experience in customer service and retention of customers
- Enthusiastic
- Energetic
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to develop new customers
- Strong work ethics
- Proven ability of success
- Bilingual Spanish
