If you are a highlymotivated individual with business tax preparation experience,excellent communication skills and an active, unrestrictedcredential (CPA / EA / Practicing Attorney), we need you to help ourcustomers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Businessproducts.

The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing complex business tax returns forPartnerships and S Corporations.

The ideal candidate will possess astrong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations forbusiness and personal tax returns, as well as significantexperience in preparing and filing business and personal taxreturns.

What you'llbring

• Strong business tax preparation experienceand extensive knowledge of tax laws as evidenced by 3 or more yearsof recent experience preparing federal and state business taxreturns (1065 and / or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients / customers perseason for compensation, using commercial tax preparationsoftware.
• Must possess active unrestrictedcredential : EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant),or Practicing Attorney
• Minimum of 2 seasons ofpersonal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 taxreturns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting forcompensation, strongly preferred
• Bookkeepingexperience with books to tax preparation is stronglypreferred.
• Experience preparing Business Taxreturns for service industry customers stronglypreferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtainany related state licenses, certificates, permits, orbonds.
• Must possess an active Preparer TaxIdentification Number (PTIN).
• Commit to aminimum schedule of at least 20 hours / week (minimum 4 hour shiftincrements) throughout the tax season
• Workingknowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient withtechnology; solid knowledge of computer operations andsoftware.
• Strong customer service skills -ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools ina professional, friendly, and confidentmanner.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Critical thinking, problemsolving, research skills, anddetermination.
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with minimal supervision.
• Must have(or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connectionthat meets Intuit Security criteria and a quiet location in whichto work.

This is a virtual,customer-facing role; you will be using our state of the art videocommunications software (Smartlook) to interact withcustomers.

Help TurboTax Business customers whoare working on their tax returns or have delegated their taxreturns with :

o Taxadvice

o Full Service Business returnpreparation and signature

o Product / softwareinquires

o Tax calculations

o Filing tax extensions

• Create high qualitycustomer interactions and experiences that instill confidence usingdeep customer empathy, and your extensive knowledge and expertisein the field of business tax preparation and books to taxaccounting entries.
• Utilize and leveragegovernment websites, professional resources, and team expertise toseek out and deliver the right answer to the customer usingeveryday language.
• Apply defined practices,procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolvecustomer tax advice and tax returnpreparation
• Document customerinteractions
• Work continuously toward meetingcompany key performance metrics and Big BetGoals.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects,and experience validations, asneeded.
