We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team here at Spigot. The ideal fit is someone who is interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life.

Where You'll Make an Impact
- Manage the day-to-day needs of clients from sale through the lifetime of the partnership
- Research, evaluate, and test new monetization strategies based on campaign analysis
- Monitor and analyze partner performance based on established KPIs and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with business development to identify voids in revenue or top grading opportunities
- Collaborating internally with departments such as finance, legal & business intelligence to ensure on-time payments and up-to-date contracting
- Minimum travel expected for conferences with strong customer attendance
Who You Are
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & an analytical mindset
- Natural ability to build rapport and carry business conversations
- Understanding of customer relationship management processes around email / task prioritization
- Desire to learn and continue learning industry best practices
- Data-oriented and comfortable learning and using software such as Excel, SQL, and online dashboards
- Highly collaborative the ability to work cross-functionally with internal & external teams including Product, Analytics, Finance, & Legal
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment - exhibiting an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative approach
- 1-2 years of experience in AdTech sales and / or customer relationship management
