You Are :

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more.

You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions.

Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture.

Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work :

  • Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Procurement Process business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
  • Help clients understand leading Procurement Process business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
  • Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
  • Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Invoice to Cash solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead, coach, and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Procurement Process solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment;

understand and apply Oracle methodologies.

  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track / deliverables.
  • Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
  • Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.
  • Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need :

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Payables and Oracle Cloud Procurement.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
  • Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus Points If :

  • You have good Cross-Functional knowledge of other Oracle Cloud products
  • You have experience working with an image recognition software for Payables invoices
  • You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • You're an ace at managing and delivering projects
  • You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to : design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $93,400 to $224,600

Colorado $93,400 to $194,100

New York $86,500 to $224,600

Washington $99,500 to $206,700
