Digital Navigator- Field Marketing Specialist
Job Summary :
The Field Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving digital engagement, community outreach, and brand visibility through local events, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities.
The Field Marketing Specialist works closely with various stakeholders, including Sales, Installation & Repair (I&R), Operations (OSP), and the community, to foster relationships, enhance customer engagement, and drive business objectives in the local market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent the company at local events, sponsorships, and community initiatives to promote brand awareness, engage with customers, and strengthen relationships within the community.
- Research, identify, and recommend local engagement opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the company's presence and impact in the community.
- Organize and facilitate neighborhood pop-up events to connect with residents, gather feedback, showcase products or services, and build rapport with the local community.
- Establish partnerships with local civic organizations, community groups, and non-profit entities to support community initiatives, drive social responsibility efforts, and create meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
- Conducting community digital navigation educational seminars, including presenting, demoing, and possibly helping to create / collaborate on content
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams, Installation & Repair technicians, Operations staff, and community leaders to align marketing strategies, outreach efforts, and engagement activities to meet business objectives and community needs.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and online engagement tactics to reach target audiences, drive traffic, and enhance customer interactions in the digital space.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing field marketing events, activations, and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, residents, and local businesses to establish trust, credibility, and goodwill on behalf of the company.
- Analyze key performance metrics, track engagement outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in field marketing, community outreach, or digital engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and event planning software.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics, community engagement strategies, and event management best practices.
