Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous experience in a bookkeeper role (or in a similar position.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Oversee office operations.
- Manage office supplies.
- Onboard new employees.
- Organize and schedule meetings / appointments.
- Remain confidential with company information.
