We currently manage 11,000 units and have 6,000 units under construction. In 2024, our 50th year in business, we will have developed 50,000 total units.

EMBREY FIELD CONSTRUCTION SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Experience the EMBREY WAY as a Field Construction Intern in our Class of 2025 !

EMBREY’s field construction team, composed of project managers and superintendents, plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the execution of construction projects on-site.

As our Field Construction Intern, you will contribute to the execution of on-site activities, witnessing firsthand the intricacies of coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring quality control.

The chance to practice your profession before you graduate is a time-honored opportunity that helps create a solid foundation for success.

Each year, EMBREY hosts interns who are interested in the industry and its various sectors to provide real-world experience as part of the educational process.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking talented students to join us for a 10-week internship and experience becoming part of ONE EMBREY.

Are you enrolled at an accredited university with a designated degree program? Are you graduating in the next 12 to 24 months and have completed your sophomore or junior year?

Are you ready for a challenge and to bring your skills and bright ideas to collaborate with our team members? If so, we are looking for you!

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a four-year degree related to the internship.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on detail and quality.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and / or in a team setting.

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?

As our 2025 Summer Class Field Construction Intern, you will have an enriching and skill-building experience. Throughout our 10-week program , you will be assigned a special project and provide day-to-day support to the field construction team.

You will be challenged with assignments relevant to field construction while having the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily operations of a vertically integrated Development, Construction, and Management company.

  • Own a project from start to finish and present your findings to our Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
  • Attend our intern kick-off and participate in many networking opportunities.
  • Deepen your understanding of our business by participating in weekly lunch and learn sessions.
  • Gain business acumen through professional development opportunities.
  • Foster connections with our senior leaders.
