Director of Manufacturing

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive performance supporting the Company’s wildly important goals of 100% Out of Box Quality (OBQ) and On-Time Delivery while meeting profitability targets.

This position has Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for their respective business unit and responsibility for multiple manufacturing facilities and their respective support staff to reach the organizational goals.

Lead all aspects of manufacturing in the multiple facilities including production, maintenance, and production & inventory control (P & IC).

Adhere to operational standards in accordance with corporate policy and direction. Accountable for safety, profit & loss, budgetary compliance, on-time delivery, out of box quality, retention, leadership development and succession planning of staff, direct labor and support functions.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position require the integration of diverse functional areas and involve variables that are more abstract.

The work is substantially complex and varied, and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies and procedures in combination.

This position requires a high level of responsibility for budget adherence and expenditure authority.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management or another STEM field, Required
• 15 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility including managing profit & loss, staff and support functions, Required
• Experience developing and implementing long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans across multiple locations to drive organizational performance
• CPIM, PE, CSCP, Preferred
