Position Overview :

Launch Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Vice President of Talent Acquistion / Recruiting to lead and oversee all recruitment efforts, both domestically and globally.

As a key member of our Executive Leadership team, this role will define and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth goals.

The EVP will be instrumental in leading our global recruiting organization, driving innovation in recruitment practices, and ensuring operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

They will also utilize advanced data strategies and integrate technology, including AI, to drive efficiency while maintaining the human touch that is integral to our hiring approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy : Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy for Launch Consulting Group, overseeing recruitment efforts across both domestic and global markets.

Ensure the strategy aligns with the company’s goals for growth and transformation.

  • Executive Leadership : As part of the Executive Leadership team, contribute to high-level decision-making, ensuring that talent acquisition is fully integrated into broader business strategies.
  • Global Talent Acquisition : Oversee recruitment across all regions, including partnerships with leaders managing nearshore and offshore teams.

Ensure cohesive recruitment processes that align with both global and regional talent needs.

Innovation & Technology : Implement cutting-edge recruiting technologies, including the ethical use of AI, to streamline recruitment processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Balance automation with a personalized, human-centered candidate experience.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion : Lead global initiatives to attract and hire a diverse workforce, embedding DE&I into every aspect of talent acquisition.

Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure Launch Consulting is recognized as a leader in diversity.

Data-Driven Recruitment : Leverage advanced analytics to measure recruitment performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Use data to optimize time-to-hire, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.

Employer Branding : Elevate and maintain Launch Consulting’s employer brand in both domestic and international markets.

Collaborate with marketing and HR to build targeted strategies that position Launch as an employer of choice.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with leaders across various business units, HR, and global teams to ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with the evolving needs of the business.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead a global team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Ensure clear development paths and succession planning for key roles within the talent acquisition team.

Operational Efficiency : Manage the talent acquisition budget and resources, ensuring the efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards in execution and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 12+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, including oversight of both domestic and global recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Global Leadership : Proven ability to lead talent acquisition across multiple regions, including collaboration with nearshore and offshore teams, adapting strategies to meet local market needs.
  • Technology & Data Expertise : Strong background in utilizing recruitment technologies and data analytics to drive strategy and operational improvements.

Experience with AI in recruitment is a plus.

  • Diversity Advocate : Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with a successful track record of leading initiatives that promote diverse hiring practices on a global scale.
  • Leadership : A strong leader with the ability to inspire and influence at the highest levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
