Puzzle Pieces is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support children ages 12 and younger with a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs.
Our pediatric private practice provides respectful, family-centered support from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including mental health, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessment to understand the occupational and sensory needs of children and their families.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to support children reaching their goals.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child.
- Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records using the practices electronic health records.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development that supports the practice in better understanding the families we work with.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1 : 1 or small group setting
Requirements :
- A Doctoral or Masters Degrees in a mental health field, from an accredited graduate program, and a license for independent practice in Massachusetts (OTR / L)
- Passion for working with children and families, experience with neurodiverse children preferred but not required.
- Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and execute strong communication skills
