Job Summary

As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing and inventory management activities at a specific unit / location.

This includes implementing best practices, driving supply chain process improvements, and maintaining "show quality" of all areas at all times.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Oversees receiving and distribution process by collaborating with operations and culinary teams to ensure accuracy and safe delivery of product
  • Manages on-hand inventory to optimize stock on hand and minimize loss to include product rotation and regularly scheduled inventory counts
  • Manages, hires, schedules and trains hourly warehouse team members
  • Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
  • Develops a thorough understanding of menus, products, packaging and pricing of all stadium food and beverage offerings
  • Establishes rapport with team members, management and partners
  • Employs stellar safety and sanitation practices
  • Safeguards and maintains all purchasing / warehouse equipment
  • Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing and / or Receiving / Distribution required
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or similar is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
