Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Role modeling expected behavior and coaching team on standards
- Provide amazing customer service and exceed our customer's expectations
- Work side by side with the team in the kitchen preparing and delivering savory food to the front line
- Coaching, training, and onboarding team members
- Evaluating and retraining employees
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Sanitation is important! You will maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
- Willingness to learn new things
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
- Must have an open availability
- High School or equivalent (preferred)
- Driver's License (preferred)
