Client location and schedule hours :
Client is located in Nashville. The schedule is M-F 10a-3p
Job Responsibilities :
Client is recovering from hip surgery and has a wound that home health 2x / week is taking care of. He gets with PT 3x / week, uses a wheelchair most of the time, but can stand up and use his walker & stand for short periods of time.
They have no pets in the home. Cleint needs help with bathing, dressing and some toileting, and wears Depends.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
TB test
