This position is crucial for the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide suitable recommendations.
They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining product quality and store visual standards, and meeting sales goals.
Customer Service Specialists must ensure excellent customer service while staying updated on product features.
Job Duties :
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain work order files and formulas
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Comply with inventory control procedures

Minimum Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must be able to retrieve material and lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications :
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
