PrideStaff Financial is currently seeking a skilled Accountant / Payroll Manager to join a rapidly expanding commercial real estate firm.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Payroll Manager to oversee and manage various financial and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management and property management. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

If you possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage 300, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Payroll :

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Submit bi-weekly payroll.
  • Update retirement contributions and handle payments for employee benefits.
  • Prepare year-end reports and quarterly tax filings. 2. Banking :
  • Create and submit files to prevent unauthorized bank transactions.
  • Address any banking exceptions quickly. o Review and post incoming payments. 3. Accounts Receivable and Payments :
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Record and manage miscellaneous cash receipts. 4. Property Management :
  • Manage tenant billing and rent payments.
  • Finalize monthly rent records and charge quarterly fees. 5. Administrative and Sales Tax :
  • Handle quarterly administrative fees.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Florida sales tax reports. 6. Bonds and Compliance :
  • Keep track of outstanding bonds and submit required annual reports. 7. Mortgages and Rent :
  • Record monthly mortgage payments and manage solar rent billing. 8. Commissions and Taxes :
  • Track and manage commission payments.
  • Ensure timely property tax payments. Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in financial management, payroll, and property management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year
