Business Developer
Industry : Restoration : Water, fire and disaster property damage restoration
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 base plus commissions
Our client provides restoration services to customers whose property has been damaged from water, fire or other disaster damage.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling restoration services and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders such as property managers and business owners, focusing on commercial customers.
This is an outside sales position which requires driving to and from prospects and clients, building relationships and sales management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients in the property management, real estate, and business sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize a CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements :
- Must live in the territory
- Proven track record of success in selling services to property managers, business owners, or related clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Knowledge of restoration services and / or experience in the property management or real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and pipeline.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
