This is a part-time position with the following hours :

• 4-7pm Monday through Thursday
• 4-7pm every other Friday
• 9-1pm on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Answers dealership group phones
• Greets and receives prospects and customers
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
• Works cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a cheerful, helpful and efficient manner
• Responsible to collecting customer payments and generating receipts
• Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Receipts payments and deposits

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Pass background check / drug test
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Prior receptionist experience a plus
