About The Position
Job Title : MRI Technologist Job Specialty : MRI Tech Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid 4x10-Hour (15 : 00 - 01 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year required License : Pending license accepted;
application needs to be submitted and received by the licensing board to qualify Certifications : ARRT(MR), BLS Must-Have : EPIC experience, traveling compliance documents, copies of certifications Job Description : Perform MRI examinations following established protocols.
- Operate under the direct or indirect supervision of Clinical Supervisors, Lead Technologists, Radiologists, Residents, or Clinical Physicians.
- Promote the mission by delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and family-oriented services.- Contribute to a collaborative environment by integrating education, research, and clinical leadership.
- Work with patients of all age groups, including infants, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.- Floating within the hospital is required;
however, floating to sister hospitals is not required.- Weekend availability is required.- Accommodating block schedule is not available unless specified otherwise.
- Local candidates are accepted, and the same rates apply. Additional Information : - This position is within a Magnet, Level I Trauma Center, and Teaching Hospital.
- Scrubs are provided for the operating room.- The facility employs EPIC charting system.- COVID-19 vaccine is not required;
flu vaccine status is unknown.- Candidates must have a compliance document deadline one week before the start and labs completed within 48 hours of signing.
Candidates will be required to float within the hospital.- References are required. Please ensure that all required certifications and licenses are valid and submitted with your application.
