Accounts Receivable Specialist
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks essential for the financial health of our company. Working 100% onsite, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., you will process invoices, manage customer payments, and maintain detailed financial records. Your role will require regular communication with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process invoices and manage customer payments.
- Maintain detailed financial records and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Review accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and provide insights into cash flow and account statuses.
- Participate in monthly reconciliations with the finance team to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize NetSuite for invoicing, payment application, and reconciliations.
- Input and update customer and vendor data in NetSuite.
- Support general accounting operations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve workflows and system usage.

Work Environment
Work is conducted onsite, five days a week, at our location in Kent, WA. The company is a fast-growing specialty beverage manufacturer, focusing on private label syrups, cocktail mixers, powders, and plastics products. Since 1972, the company has been manufacturing over 500 SKUs of products.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
