Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inside Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account management, building and expanding client relationships, driving growth, and managing risk transfer and financing products. This role involves working with small to medium-sized accounts and managing a medium to large book of business.
How you'll make an impact
- Oversee the daily operations related to managing client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as acquiring new clients to expand the business.
- Analyze client businesses to identify areas where risk transfer or risk financing products can be beneficial. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to markets for client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within small to medium-sized accounts, ensuring effective management of a significant number of client accounts.
