DKK is looking for a Structural Engineer who is interested in a unique opportunity to work within an established firm (20+ years). We are a young firm with exponential growth that has many opportunities for the right person to excel within its operation. This will involve working on a diversity of projects, often times with challenging existing conditions to consider. The Candidate will need strong discipline and time management skills to handle multiple projects in a myriad of jurisdictions. It is important for the new team member to accept responsibility for their projects while ensuring the quality of the work product. In short, DKK is not looking for an employee, we are looking for a team member ready to make an impact!

Job Requirements :

• Produce structural designs, reports and drawings
• Liaise with design team to resolve structural design issues
• Proficiency in structural analysis methods, codes and software
• Provide Technical advice for design and on-site construction issues
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deliver designs on time and within budget
• Construction Monitoring and Project Management
• Client Coordination and Communication
• Organizational and Prioritization skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Structural Analysis Software (ROBOT Required), Microsoft Office
• Inspect structures (shoring systems) and produce reports detailing the conditions observed

Job Type :  Full Time (40+hrs / week)

Job Location : Royal Palm Beach, FL

Required Education :   Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural design

Required Experience :

Required Licensure :   Engineer Intern (EI) Certification, Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred

Physical Requirements :

Compensation : $75,000 / yr. with increases available based on impact to existing projects. Relocation fees available upon request.
