The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, data analysis, and experience using apps on the Google Cloud Platform such as Looker, Looker Studio, Dataform and GBQ.

Knowledge of capacity management for suppliers and experience in SQL will be a valuable asset.

The candidate will also play a key role in supporting the inbound team in managing operational system issues, reporting, and improving processes.Supporting the Inbound team with : Daily operational system issues and troubleshootingInvestigating system performance and providing solutionsProviding technical support for internal teams and external service providersQuerying and reporting on data stored in GBQConducting data analysis using SQL to derive actionable insightsManaging and maintaining dashboards in Looker StudioManaging and maintaining workflows in Knime (transitioning to Looker / Google Dataform)Implementing and improving operational processesLogging and tracking technical issues and tickets through JiraPrioritizing and managing tickets, providing timely updates to stakeholdersAssisting with capacity cluster management for suppliersUAT Testing for Tickets through third party systemsAttributes required : Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and structured thinkingA solutions-oriented, can-do attitude with a self-motivated approachAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectivelyStrong communication skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholdersExperience in SQL and the ability to analyze and interpret data (database design knowledge)Proficient with GCP apps (Sheets, Docs, etc.
