We’re looking for someone with :

1+ year(s) of experience as a Systems Administrator, with a focus on server or storage platforms.

Demonstrated ability to support and maintain systems in a scalable, reliable way.

Familiarity with storage technologies, including provisioning, capacity management, and data protection.

Solid troubleshooting skills, including understanding across the OSI model.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring and system performance tools.

Comfort working with third-party vendors to support system stability and lifecycle maintenance.

Experience supporting cross-functional teams and following change management practices.

About The Role :

As a Systems Administrator (Storage Focus), you’ll help maintain, optimize, and support a range of storage and compute infrastructure across our environment. You’ll be part of a team that ensures reliability, performance, and security of critical platforms, playing a vital role in enabling business continuity.  This position is located in-seat in Columbia, MO.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing :

Work with Engineers and Architects to improve infrastructure performance and reliability.

Administer, patch, and maintain storage and virtualization platforms.

Participate in on-call rotation to ensure uptime and availability.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, policies, and procedures in a central location.

Support other Technology teams by sharing expertise and cross-training.

Monitor daily system health through logging and alerting tools.

Follow change management best practices to ensure consistency and minimize risk.

Contribute to installation, configuration, and process development for storage systems.

Pitch in as needed to support a collaborative team culture.
