Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative business solutions. Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to drive our commercial construction business forward.
What you will do :
As the Director of Business Development - Commercial Construction, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships within the South Florida region. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- In collaboration with the VP of Business Development, you will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector, including office buildings, retail centers, hospitality, healthcare facilities, and other commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and industry partners.
- Lead the development and preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids in response to client requirements and RFPs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's growth strategy, including market expansion, product diversification, and geographic expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize business development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings.
