Kajabi is hiring Senior Growth Engineers with Ruby on Rails and React expertise and experience with AI tooling to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable impact across our Hero journey—from signup to activation to retention. You’ll be part of our Growth Team : a fast-moving, data-informed group focused on solving high-leverage problems across the full funnel.

We’re looking for full-stack engineers who love building features that directly influence a creator’s decision to choose Kajabi for their business or their ability to make money on our platform. The right candidate will move with urgency and focus, obsess over product metrics, and be comfortable running frequent A / B tests to move key business outcomes. If you\'re excited to write production-ready code one day (and sometimes IN one day) and analyze experiment results the next, this role is for you.

Pay Range

At Kajabi we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.

133,500 - $178,000.00 + equity + bonus
