Completed residency with at least 2 years of ER experience Active Texas State Licensure BLS / PALS / ACLS / ATLS Experience in (ideally a free-standing) emergency department or urgent care setting Experience managing multiple clinical sites and leading cross-functional teams Medical degree from an accredited medical institution or program Deep knowledge of current medical practices, procedures, and equipment Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work and think quickly in a high-stress environment Board Certification is preferred but not a requirement An Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine background (preferred)

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective emergency medical care across specified locations while aligning with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Focus is on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
