Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company with consistent expansion over the last five years, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the company’s human resources function. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to shape and build out HR processes as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment , with a focus on manufacturing roles.

Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions.

Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Assist with compensation planning and bonus structuring to align with company goals.

Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required .

Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Familiarity with payroll processes and compensation planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build processes from the ground up.

Must be able to work onsite.
