Excellent communication skills for fostering teamwork and collaboration. Demonstrated success in team building. Strong organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple priorities. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable balancing multiple simultaneous projects in a potentially fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Requires a venturesome nature, working with others to solve problems. Will need to comfortably navigate conflict of ideas, opinions, and people. Decisions will need to be made rapidly. Requires tolerance for risky decisions. Communication must be confident, direct, and poised. Ability to direct others and motivate them to take action. Delegates strategies, details, and implementation freely in pursuit of goals. Leadership style is confident and flexible, providing strong direction and encouraging team participation. Full-time, in-office position. Must live within one hour of Plano, TX. Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Authorization to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities :
- Work with the Chicago-based Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop annual marketing plans, content strategies, budgets, and departmental plans.
- Work with the CMO on earned, paid, and owned media.
- Assist business development and market leaders with the proposal process and pitch presentations.
- Work with market leaders to develop and implement programs designed to strengthen client relationships.
- Manage the proposal process to meet deadlines.
- Review, evaluate, and implement strategies to enhance company branding.
- Oversee and direct all print and digital advertising, print and electronic marketing communications, company swag, and project field signage.
- Partner with HR and support company initiatives to promote corporate culture and employee engagement.
