Responsibilities

Mechanical and system development from concept to production. Perform design and necessary analysis, develop and execute validation test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg, development, product management, inside and outside manufacturing).

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience required
• Proven track record in product development from concept to production
• Strong design skills, analytical problem solving and attention to detail
• Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems & thermal management solutions including liquid cooling
• Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic and extrusion fabrication methods
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SolidWorks; familiar with ANSI drafting standards
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams required
• Competent with hand and bench tools
• Experience with SolidWorks Flow Simulation a plus
• Knowledge of networking / data center equipment a plus
• Knowledge of HALT testing a plus

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range : MIN $134,950- MAX $224,920
