A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager in a workers' compensation environment. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up for case communication and coordination Conduct and document initial assessments with injured workers, employers, and providers while maintaining regular contact Coordinate communication between providers, claimants, and employers to facilitate timely return-to-work dates Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) license required Three or more years of diverse clinical experience in acute care Two or more years of medical case management or managed care experience preferred Knowledge of utilization management and quality improvement practices
