Function :
To operate a machine to make molded plastic parts.
Scope :
The position is accountable for making molded plastic parts for use internally in all product lines.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Visually inspects molds for damage.
Operates Injection Molding Machine.
Ensures machine is operating properly.
Prepares material for molding.
Hand loads insert and remove material from molds.
Visually inspects parts, clips and trims parts as needed.
Ability to purge machine.
Responsible for quality and quantity of finished product.
Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities and assignments as directed.
