Administrative Support

Responsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
  • Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed. Translate PS documents to Spanish.
  • Maintain various databases including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, etc.
  • Schedule and administer work assignments. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, function as a "backup" clerk for Distribution loads, schedule incoming freight, etc.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Print labels and create problem tickets.
  • Create load sheets and / or ASN's.

Required Experience :

Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Relevant Work Experience :

  • At least 2 years warehouse and / or manufacturing experience.
  • At least 1 year experience with AS400 and SAP.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English / Spanish. Must have good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have good problem solving skills; must be detailed oriented
  • Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

    The anticipated salary range for this position : $19.25 - $26.00 Hourly

    The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
