Must be able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time frequently. Must use computer, telephone, and other office equipment such as copier, fax machine, scanner, etc. Must stand and walk frequently. Must bend, stoop, reach occasionally. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Description
Responsible for the continued administrative support to the customer, service technicians, service staff, and service manager so that policies and procedures are created, implemented, and adhered to, and ensure a consistent and professional level of internal and external customer service. Works under general supervision in the performance of assigned tasks. Responsible for receiving and processing rental equipment orders. This opportunity represents Shoppa’s Material Handling and requires professionalism, great attitude, good communication skills and outstanding customer service.
Essential Functions :
- Assists in resolving customer issues, principally through phone conversations and email with the customer.
- Daily timecard entry’s and updating the Shop log report each morning.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly Service Operations reporting, including WIP and open PO reports.
- Assist in maintaining the TLM board, which includes tech overestimate, QC defect and productivity reports.
- Compiles needed reports for Service Management as required.
- Create work order packets for shop jobs as needed.
- Issuing all service sublet PO’s and scheduling repairs, such as hydr hose repair, cylinder repairs, etc.
- Signing and processing uniform invoices and Paint invoices to Branch AP.
- Provide completion and status updates for refurbished units to the Saginaw Used Department team.
- Process all invoicing as needed.
- Schedule transportation and documentation for deliveries and pickups.
- Understand and stay current with the company products, policies and procedures.
- All other duties and special projects as assigned.
