The web developer will be based in the Fort Wayne, IN corporate office.
What You’ll Do :
You will be involved in the full software development life cycle—from gathering requirements to design, coding, testing, and implementation—and will also handle troubleshooting, diagnostics, and process improvements.
- Provide application support for internal and external users of custom business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and application usage issues; escalate as needed
- Manage projects from concept through completion, including gathering requirements and user feedback
- Work closely with operations to understand how business applications are utilized
- Perform diagnostics, unit testing, and validation of development work using real-world data
- Drive operational and process improvements through technology solutions
- Write reports and queries using relational databases
