Responsibilities
NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
- Perform radio performance and optimization of telecommunications networks covering 4G / 5G to improve KPIs and lead a team of radio performance engineers to perform RF network optimization activities during network rollout phase.
- Manage the delivery of optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer's expectations and schedule of acceptance.
- Perform complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.
- Lead a project team with responsibility to create plans and delegate tasks to team members.
- Provide network performance and optimization related services, according to the solutions portfolio and provide support to customers.
- Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
- Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert.
Domestic travel up to 50% required.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of San Diego, CA may be permitted up to 100%.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
