As a Power Electronic Test Engineer, you will be the technical owner for all high-voltage component and system-level testing, driving continuous improvement for both characterization and production. You will lead the design of test circuits, analyze data, and manage the development and maintenance of test programs and hardware. This role requires a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and customers.This position will work out of our San Jose location.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test circuits and software for bench characterization and automated test equipment (ATE).
• Create and execute designed experiments (DOE), analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Troubleshoot and solve engineering and production issues related to the device, test software, and hardware.
• Perform yield and failure analysis for both engineering (DOE) and production.
• Document test programs, test releases, and processes.

Qualifications

110,000 - $150,000 a yearThe position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
