Job Description
This position will lead a team of QMS generalists and specialists through a variety of projects to apply Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools -OR- may be an individual contributor role responsible for large companywide projects / programs. This position acts as a change agent and role model to help reinforce the desired behaviors and embed QMS tools and methodologies into our normal way of doing things. This position will also be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply QMS principles and tools to their daily work.
This position will ensure Quest Diagnostics is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes while improving customer and employee satisfaction.
- Please note this position will be hybrid. The position can be based in Secaucus NJ. The position will require 3 days in the office and 2 days can be work from home.
Pay Range : $160,000 to $200,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
