This role requires a skilled leader who can balance project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities- Prepare competitive bids and detailed project plans.- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.- Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost goals.- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.- Utilize construction management software (, Procore, Autodesk, or similar) for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.- Provide clear communication, leadership, and mentorship across project teams. Qualifications- 4+ years of proven experience in construction project management (civil experience preferred).- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.- Proficiency with construction management software.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
