BETA Group, Inc is New England's leading pavement management consultant by delivering proven, intuitive, data driven solutions for municipal clients. As part of our integrated services, we offer GIS mapping, pavement assessment, and planning solutions that enhance the communities where we live and work. We are seeking a Pavement Management Project Manager to join our GIS & Asset Management team, and work alongside our skilled GIS professionals and civil engineers.
The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordinating, and execution of roadway assessments and inventory of other related assets such as traffic signs and line striping. The primary role includes managing pavement condition evaluations, preparing maintenance / budgetary plans, and closely collaborating with clients, internal teams, and partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee pavement condition assessments, including data collection and analysis
- Track project progress and prepare detailed reports on pavement conditions and maintenance results
- Collaborate with clients to develop capital improvement plans and assist with public presentations
- Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards
- Supervise assigned Asset Management and GIS staff
- Coordinate with AI Vendors, monitor project milestones, and provide regular updates during internal meetings
- Partner with team members on project deliverables, including standard reports, GIS maps, and ESRI GIS deployments
- Work closely with the Pavement Management Division Leader on client management, business development initiatives and proposal development
Preferred location is BETA's Lincoln office. Candidates should have flexibility to work from our other office locations. BETA also offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to request working remotely up to 2 days per week.
