Position : Clinical Nursing Adjunct Instructor (Medical / Surgical Focus)

Location : Athens Campus

Department : Division of Life Sciences & Public Safety

Reports to : Program Chair for the Associate of Science in Nursing Program and Divisional Academic Dean

Salary / Benefits : Salary is commensurate with education and experience. No State of Georgia benefits.

Responsibilities : The successful applicant will provide competent and comprehensive instruction in the area of Medical / Surgical Nursing curriculum to accomplish the nursing education unit purposes and strengthen its educational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
• Relevant and recent clinical practice experience in the field of Medical / Surgical Nursing.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
