Job Description

Cetera is looking to add a Advisory Sales Analytics Consultant to our company. You'll be responsible for driving assets under management and growth of assets on platform through analyzing advisor books of business and identifying conversion opportunities to advisory investments and platforms.

This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located near an office : El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | Des Moines, IA | Dallas, TX | St Cloud, MN.

What you will do :

• Responsible for the review and analysis of advisor books of investments ("book reviews") and the identification of sales opportunities to convert assets to Advisory on platform.
• Provide platform education and recruit investment transition support in conjunction with business development to improve mix shift and on platform realization.
• Through investment analysis, create recommendations and / or plans for asset movements and transitions.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to convert off-platform advisory assets to on-platform advisory assets.
• Serve as a new advisor recruiting investment transition specialist, creating opportunities to convert assets in conjunction with advisor and asset onboarding.

Compensation :

The base annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 and a generous incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
