- Design and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure compliance and minimize security risks.
- Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions including SSO MFA and automated provisioning / de-provisioning.
- Monitor user activity and access patterns detect anomalies and support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure auditable access models.
- Maintain documentation and stay current on security trends tools and compliance standards like FERPA and HIPAA.
