About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Director of Data and Process Management. The successful candidate will be a strategic, organized, and adaptable leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in program and / or process management, and a strong background in team and people development. This role is pivotal in managing the team's operating model, strategic planning, and ensuring the team's and organizational health. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for designing and facilitating key meetings, operating with an AI-first mindset, and managing the strategic planning process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing teams, managing change, and executing broad technical communication plans. Proficiency in AI tools, Miro, Microsoft O365, and experience with C-level presentation building is essential.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or an MBA, and have a strong background in team building and facilitation. The role requires a candidate who is capable of establishing consensus in a complex, matrixed environment, and who can turn highly complex technical projects into simple, easy-to-understand components. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for the organization's communication strategy, including C-level communication tools and organization-wide forums. The role demands a leader who can operate with a high level of trust, clear priorities, and a strong sense of urgency, and who is adept at managing the ongoing changes and evolutions of the business. Experience with project management tools and techniques is preferred.
