Position Description
- Integrate and automate data flows to prepare financial analyses, forecasts, projections, and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales & Marketing; Engineering & Customer Success; and Accounting & Finance to understand current and upcoming initiatives as well as validate financial data for reporting on financial impacts.
- Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and effective delivery of operational metrics and reporting to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Manage operational data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation.
- Cross-train with accounts payable, receivables, and billing to support vacation schedules.
- Prepare and gather audit documents as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
