Overview

SH-689 Full Stack Web Developer – Carmel, IN.

Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Web Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL, and AWS services. You’ll work across the stack—from performant backend services to polished, responsive UIs—within an Agile environment and with a strong emphasis on code quality and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
  • Create semantic, responsive HTML / CSS from Figma screens and convert them into reusable React components.
  • Build and manage scalable, secure APIs and services.
  • Design and optimize MySQL schemas, queries, and performance.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
  • Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full stack Web Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6+, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
  • Hands-on experience turning Figma designs into pixel-accurate HTML / CSS and then into modular React components.
  • Solid understanding of MySQL (schema design, queries, tuning).
  • Practical experience with AWS services for hosting, storage, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web application architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of CI / CD and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker / containerization.
  • Exposure to GraphQL.
