We are adding one additional person to our IT department, which supports 150 users, including 50 working at remote job sites.

Job Description :

The Network / Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, managing, and maintaining system networks, hardware, and software. They will perform the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and software. The responsibilities include managing accounts, network rights, access to systems and equipment, and maintaining system configurations and backups. They also manage the installation and integration of system fixes, updates, and enhancements, supporting end users, and managing special IT Projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree and / or certification in an IT-related field
• 4+ years working in an IT Infrastructure / Support role.
• Must be self-managed with strong communication, customer service & documentation skills.
• Experience supporting hardware and software associated with LANS and WANS.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Servers
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting a virtual environment, including associated servers & storage and guest servers.
• Physical and Cyber Security acumen
• High integrity with sound ethical judgment
• Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude
• Works well in teams with strong communication skills
• Open to innovation and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Windows OS and will have worked with a combination of the following technologies :

Hardware : Dell PowerEdge servers, HP / Nimble dHCI, Dell EqualLogic SAN, IP IP-based video Systems, VoIP phone systems, HP / Aruba and Dell PowerConnect switches, Aruba wireless, Datto Backup & Networking, Apple iPhones, and iPads.

Software : Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit Suite, Procore, Sage CRE 300, Bentley Engineering, Ascentis, MS SQL Server, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, QuickBooks, Planswift, VMWare, Bluebeam Revu,
