At Iron Shield Strategies, we help brands grow through innovative and data-driven sales and marketing campaigns. Our team specializes in connecting businesses with their ideal customers through strategic, high-impact outreach. As we expand, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our inside sales efforts and strengthen the bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue results.
The Marketing Coordinator – Inside Sales role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about organizing campaigns, managing marketing assets, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and materials they need to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing and sales leaders to align messaging, optimize customer engagement strategies, and track campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation and sales enablement.
Serve as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely execution.
Engage with potential clients through face-to-face interactions inside our exclusive retail locations to promote services and solutions.
Participate in conducting team meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or GED Required
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
